Understanding the Scoring System

Our unique point system is designed to reflect real-life performance on the court. From points scored to assists, steals, and blocks—every play matters in shaping your team’s success.

Scoring Categories

  1. Offensive Actions
    • Points for Field Goals: +2 points per field goal made.
    • Three-Pointers: +3 points per three-pointer made.
    • Free Throws: +1 point per free throw made.
  2. Rebounds and Assists
    • Offensive Rebounds: +1.5 points.
    • Defensive Rebounds: +1 point.
    • Assists: +2 points.
  3. Defensive Contributions
    • Steals: +3 points.
    • Blocks: +3 points.
  4. Game Performance Bonuses
    • Double-Double Bonus (10+ in two stat categories): +3 points.
    • Triple-Double Bonus (10+ in three stat categories): +5 points.
  5. Turnovers and Penalties
    • Turnovers: -1 point per turnover.
  6. Other Scoring Events
    • Technical Fouls: -1.5 points.
    • Ejections: -3 points.

Special Events Scoring

  • Game-Winning Buzzer Beater: +5 points.
  • Clutch Performance Bonus (Key plays in the last 2 minutes of the game): +2 points.
